The owners of the company are very communicative and always keep you updated. The workers try their best to keep the area clean and accessible. They are hard workers even when it is 95° outside. I would recommend them without hesitation.Posted on Google Michael SavillaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wow! What an experience of professionalism and dedication to their craft. From the first conversation with Caleb to the install day with Cody and his team. We couldn’t be any happier with purchasing a new roof for our home. This was the second time my wife and I have made this purchase in our lives and Alpine made it so easy. Wish I e could leave 10 starsPosted on Google Willa ShafferTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. There is no finer individual to do business with than Caleb Wilkinson, founder and CEO of Alpine Roofing, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this company. My initial favorable impressions were based on what I’d read in his company’s mission statement and about pages of its website, and on the glowing five-star reviews from scores of truly happy clients. Then, after securing their services, Caleb called and texted regularly to keep me apprised of my place in their schedule, up to and including the day the work started on my house, introducing me to his project manager, Cody, who took over the communication. After praising their impeccable integrity and work ethic, and the superior quality of their work, this could be where my review ends — but you might want to keep reading about this particular roofing job. The big day had arrived, and Cody and his crew arrived early and got started. A couple hours in, Cody notified me that the crew had uncovered a lot of rotten and rotting wood under the old shingles. I was surprised because Caleb hadn’t expected to find any serious issues and there hadn’t been any leaking that I was aware of, though I now understood that there was a puddle in the attic under one of the worst places. I was shown a bunch of pictures and it was truly shocking. Plus, they were tossing down pieces and sheets of rotten wood. Unfortunately, I had no extra funds to pay for new decking—all I had was what my insurance company had paid out for a new roof, meaning new shingles not new decking, for there was no way to ascertain that through inspection. Since I wasn’t able to cover all new decking, especially immediately, Alpine’s project manager said they would replace the worst areas with wood they had on hand just in case they ran into a little rotting wood, and assured me that it would be okay, so that’s what I thought would happen. It was upsetting, but what could I do… However, it turns out that Caleb Wilkinson, owner of Alpine Roofing, unbeknownst to me, had authorized his project manager to go to Lowes and buy whatever was needed to replace EVERY bad section! He covered the costs and his crew had agreed they would stay for the hours of extra work. I felt just terrible about this, while simultaneously being incredibly grateful for their impressive generosity and commitment to exceptional quality of work. I was already delighted about his clear devotion to family and commitment to his community. Now, I was positively blown away! And they weren’t even finished yet. I’ve got to admit, I was in tears a lot that day. I would never have expected such generosity of spirit from the owner of a company and his employees! I would have thought that if I couldn’t pay for new decking, they’d have just fixed what was possible with the materials on hand and slapped the shingles on as best they could and that would be that. I would not have blamed them one bit if that’s what they had done. But they didn’t stop there. Caleb, his project manager, and their entire crew went far above and beyond what anyone could have expected. I’m deeply moved and exceedingly thankful. And delighted with my beautiful new roof in Summit Grey!Posted on Google Paula L.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
